Thermal Label Printer
The LabelWriter XL is a high performance, low cost printer used for printing mailing labels, disk labels, bar code labels, etc.
Printing is done with a fixed thermal print containing a single row of dots covering the width of the label.
The LabelWriter XL is connected to a host computer through a serial port.
The host is responsible for supplying the data to be printed and controlling label movement.
Software on the host computer is used to convert the image of the label to be printed into the data stream required by the LabelWriter XL.
